SSDI manufactures its products to the highest standards in the industry in accordance with customer source control drawings for testing and screening levels in compliance with all quality procedures applicable to semiconductors: MIL-PRF-19500, MIL-STD-883, MIL-STD-750, MIL-STD-202, ESA, SCC-5000 and MIL-M-38510.

Since July of 2012, we have been registered to ISO 9001:2008 and AS9100:2009 Rev. C. [view certificate] (Previously SSDI has been registered to ISO 9001:2008 and AS9100:2004 Rev. B since February 2010.)

In September of 2011, DLA Land and Maritime (formerly DSCC) granted JANS certification for its main manufacturing facility and wafer fabrication facility, which are both located in La Mirada, California. SSDI looks forward to continuing its work with DLA Land and Maritime to qualify more of its current product offerings for JANS certification, the highest quality level assigned by MIL-PRF-19500.
