To our Customers,
During these difficult times brought on by the Coronavirus, SSDI is working to minimize the impact of this situation on our customers, while also protecting the health and safety of our employees. To mitigate the potential impacts to our customers and employees, we have implemented the recommendations of local and federal agencies, as well as instituting our own additional procedures.
We value our customers and we will do everything in our power to minimize any impacts which may arise as a result of the Coronavirus. Below are some of the measures being taken by SSDI:
- Following CDC guidelines for maintaining a safe workplace
- Distributing manufacturing between SSDI’s manufacturing facilities
- Implementing return-to-work rules that ensure that any sick employee is checked before being allowed to return to work
- Developing a precautionary screening process for all individuals who enter our facilities
- Regularly monitoring availability of key materials and supplies from our vendors and increasing inventory levels as necessary
- Restricting non-essential visits to SSDI’s facilities
- Limiting meetings and employing social distancing wherever possible
- Monitoring the external environment and making changes to the business continuity plan as necessary
SSDI’s dedicated team will provide you with updates on this situation, particularly if there are any changes which occur as a result of the impacts of the Coronavirus.
